Consortium building

The Grant Manager appointed to your organization will introduce you to the matching candidates in our network. We have hundreds of contacts in Europe including SMEs, startups, researchers, universities, renowned research centers, foundations, and non-profit associations in our areas of expertise. We work with organizations all over the EU, from Western to Southern Europe, from the Nordics to the Mediterranean. This service is exclusive for GIA Club members.

Proposal writing

Over 50% of Horizon proposals are not submitted. It may be a lack of time, issues in managing the consortium partners, or other problems. Our Grant Writing Consultants will ensure a top-quality document, including expert evaluators' insight and review. In addition, we coordinate the collaboration between consortium partners, handling all administrative processes and the application portal. We want to be your expert hands in Horizon Europe.

Review & resubmission

Being rejected after all the work devoted to a proposal application and the need for the funds to sustain your innovation activity is frustrating. We get nearly 100% of our clients' proposals from rejected to funded! Check out our advantageous fees for improvement and resubmission services. It also works for single-submission calls like Clusters and Missions. We can work to find a similar call adapting your proposal, and consortium if needed, to the new call.

Grant coordination & compliance

Do not spend your time on administrative tasks, struggling to meet the grant requirements. A Senior Innovation Consultant from GIA will set up the right administration system to meet and monitor the grant requirements, assist you in budget compliance, and produce the periodic and final reports and deliverables. We give you access (user licenses for all the consortium) to the most recognized Horizon Europe project management software, from our partner.

Collaborative project management service

Give maximum time to your project by appointing one of our Project Managers to your Horizon Europe project. Our project management and collaboration tools, and an appointed seasoned project manager will deliver structure, regulatory expertise, and proactiveness to your consortium, as well as a direct link to the funding body from project start to finish. This service is provided in a monthly basis and can be hired at any stage of your project.

Communication & dissemination

We count on science communication experts with experience in EU project dissemination. We partner with leading institutions to ensure maximal exposure to your project. We utilize a wide-ranging platform to implement effective scientific outreach of your organization or project. Access to unique research facilities

We partner with over 50 energy, ICT, mobility, food-tech, agro-tech, and other research facilities in Europe, including AIT (Austria), Fraunhofer (Germany), CIEMAT (Spain), TU Delft (The Netherlands), VTT (Finland), and many others. If you need to test your idea in a specific laboratory facility, we will help you find the right one. This service is exclusive for GIA Club members.
