If your organization is considering participation in Horizon Europe as a partner, we invite expressions of interest in five topics we have identified as comparatively strong opportunities in our internal pipeline, based on scope clarity, topic maturity, and award structure.
In Cluster 3, HORIZON-CL3-2026-01-BM-03 (Reliability of age assessment methods and alternatives and their use to protect minors and reinforce the fight against child trafficking) is a CSA with 1 grant and an expected EU contribution of € 1.33 million (lump sum). The call closes on 4 November.
In Cluster 4, HORIZON-CL4-2026-02-DIGITAL-EMERGING-51-two-stage (AI improved advanced manufacturing and production processes in factories) is a two-stage RIA with 5 grants, and an expected EU contribution of € 4–6 million per project (topic budget € 30 million). The next (Stage 1) deadline is 16 March; the planned Stage 2 deadline is 13 October.
Also in Cluster 4, HORIZON-CL4-2026-02-DIGITAL-EMERGING-53-two-stage (Innovative AI methods and technologies for the process industries) is another two-stage RIA with 6 grants, the same € 4–60 million expected per project (topic budget € 30 million), with 16 March as the next deadline and 13 October as the planned second-stage deadline.
In Cluster 6, HORIZON-CL6-2026-03-GOVERNANCE-04 is a CSA with 1 grant and an expected EU contribution of € 4.5 million, with a closing date of 14 April. Finally, HORIZON-CL6-2026-03-GOVERNANCE-09 is a CSA with 2 grants, each at approximately €3.5 million (topic budget: € 7 million), on the same timeline, 14 April.
